Welcome to the portfolio for Tim Pelham, a self-motivated, passionate and hard working game developer, coder and artist.
My greatest passion lies at the intersection of technical problem-solving and creative expression. Whether it’s mastering a new engine or tackling a complex system from scratch, I thrive on the challenge of bringing digital worlds to life.
I am the solo developer behind Mercury Fallen, a sci-fi colony management sim currently available on Steam. Developing this title from the ground up in Unity allowed me to wear every hat in the production pipeline:
Being responsible for the entire pipeline has given me a unique, holistic perspective on game development—I don't just see the code or the art; I see how they all come together to create a seamless player experience.
My journey began in the modding community, where I spent my early years crafting custom levels and assets for classics like Wolfenstein 3D, DOOM, and Duke Nukem 3D. This sparked a lifelong obsession with game design that led to various personal projects, including a social virtual world, Nuvera Online, and early experimental shooters in Multimedia Fusion.
As a self-taught programmer and artist, I am perpetually in "learning mode," always looking for more efficient workflows and cutting-edge software. I’m eager to bring my multi-disciplinary background to a collaborative team and connect with fellow developers who are just as passionate about the craft as I am.
